Independent Mac app

Built to make unreliable internet less mysterious.

Onlink is a focused macOS utility for people who know something is wrong with their connection but need more than a one-off speed test to explain it.

Why Onlink exists

Intermittent internet problems are frustrating because they often disappear before you can investigate them. A connection can also be fast in one speed test and still be unreliable during calls, games, uploads, or ordinary browsing.

Onlink keeps lightweight health measurements and incident history so the useful context is still there after the problem has passed.

Evidence before guesses

Measure over time

Internet Health combines reachability, latency, jitter, failed checks, and incidents rather than reducing everything to throughput.

Keep uncertainty visible

When Onlink identifies a likely cause, it stays a likely cause. Limited evidence stays limited instead of being presented as certainty.

Make history useful

Incident Detail, Reliability Score, recurring patterns, copied evidence, and reports are meant to help you understand what happened later.

Local first

Onlink does not require an account or an Onlink backend. Connection history and analysis stay on your Mac, and recurring insights are calculated locally without AI or cloud analysis.

Some network functions necessarily contact external services — for example reachability checks, optional public-IP/provider lookup, and user-started speed tests. Those are documented plainly in the Privacy Policy.

Made for Mac

Onlink supports macOS 15+ on Apple Silicon and Intel Macs. The app is independently developed and intentionally stays focused on normal users who want clearer answers about their own internet connection.
