Restore purchases
If a purchase is not showing on a Mac, use Onlink’s Restore Purchases action. Onlink checks the App Store entitlement again and refreshes Pro access.
Original paid customers
Customers whose verified production App Store purchase shows they originally acquired Onlink before version 1.1 keep permanent Pro access as an original-purchase entitlement.
No Onlink account
Pro is based on App Store purchase entitlement. Onlink does not require a separate Onlink login or subscription account.

What happens when I use all 3 free Diagnose, speed-test, or report uses?
That feature’s free allowance is exhausted until the next calendar month. Core Internet Health, Reliability Today, 24-hour history, incident details, and Copy Evidence remain available.
Why does the website not show a fixed price?
The app intentionally uses Apple’s localized StoreKit pricing. Your Mac App Store shows the current price for your storefront and currency.
Does Lifetime unlock the same Pro features?
Yes. Monthly, Yearly, Lifetime, and verified original-purchase entitlement all resolve to Pro access in Onlink.
